not sure Ubuntu is a great solution. but I do agree that there need to be changes made.

Don't have qualifications for PM, but I could go get more. QA is not my cup of tea at all. Security is interesting, but I also don't have the background for it as it requires more computer science type stuff, and I'm not sure what SRE or Business Intelligence are.

Just looking for some advice. Currently I work as a software developer, but I'm not so sure I want to stick with the development side of things.

Any possible recommendations or areas I can pivot to from this? I have a college diploma (3 years) and ~3 years of work experience.

I also think it may be just... sexism... I know people who behave like this towards women, but not other men...
