For me it's that he does not hold his staff to the same standard that he holds his players. That is just bad leadership imo.

I live in KC and have a lot of friends that are Chiefs fans....and they don't know that this is Nagy's doing. I try to tell them and they don't want to hear it.

Does he think he is super sneaky and is going to start fields and trick the panthers, or is he just stupid. Likely just stupid and I cannot wait for the entire staff to go the way of the bad Bears coaches of seasons past.
