I think this is an eccentricity, not a reference to a real idea

In software, business logic is the non-technical requirements. For example, users with the "trainer" role can only take on four "trainees" maximum and cannot train each other. Note there was no discussion of code in that example, it was just a requirement of a system that a software developer will have to meet.

Linus Torvalds is the main developer of linux.

He often speaks harshly towards other contributors.

I'm not sure why OP is celebrating his cruelty. It's possible to recognize someone for their contributions to science while being critical of their personal choices and I don't know why they didn't do it.

The hair appears to change again in the third cell. There's no consistent image to suggest that we're now looking at a different character. This parody is a mess. I'm moving on.

The USA is a big nation. Lots of people from very diverse backgrounds. Coming together for a common cause isn't something that happens everyday.

Strange use of the meme. The man pictured became a sensation because of his incredulity, not his sympathy or compassion. Using his image this way just feels amateurish or ignorant

I don't know how you measure success but I suspect your rates are less than ideal. My recommendation is to speak clearly and efficiently. Don't expect your readers to do all the work. Their time is important too. Good luck!
