I have a hard time watching the news now too. News outlets only show "good news" which is the administration succeeding, which hurts. I want stories of hope.

I do it because when my house is neat and tidy, I'm motivated to do other things.

having a dirty room is a pile of work that goes on my backlog. if the backlog is too big, I can't get anything done.

making my bed is an easy way to knock things off my list and stay motivated.

we don't need a new pronoun, the existing singular "they" is fine. bigots don't understand it, and think that it's grammatically incorrect. they are wrong. we don't need to cater to their ignorance.
