And they forget about the problems if a main reddit is toxic.
The move from /r/Netherlands to /r/TheNetherlands was a pain.
And then 2 years later they opened up /r/Netherlands again, with not a single native speaker in the mod team, so it's english only.
So many casuals got lost at the bad subreddit.

Shure, but at 12:00 CET time it's mostly German, towards the evening it gets back to English.
In your settings you can change the default home page from All to Subscriptions.
We're working with alfa and beta software.
Ideally the mods could set the default language on the magazine/community, there are a few english communities on feddit.de
And with prefs you could select to hide certain languages.
I get it, but isn't it amazing that the Germans embraced the fediverse!

I feel it, and if I had another chance to explain it would have just told her(forum user): make an account, go to /r/horses, start commenting.
They are not, but it's better than nothing.
