It's a pet peeve of mine when people describe scientific progress as a miracle.

It's not a miracle. It's the result of a ton of work from many, many people. It's also something that if you research it, you can probably understand it...at least on a basic level.

Semiconductor manufacturing is hard, but it's something that humans are very good at, and we figured it out by ourselves.

You're saying you're starting from scratch on a brand new CAD program yourself rather than contributing to an existing, established project like FreeCAD?

To be fair though, Tuberville is a moron.

Also, presumably they're more concerned about a growing conflagration in the Middle East rather than Houthis in particular dying...

If I were them I would definitely keep it up at least until the IPO so they can still count that traffic.

…and chemistry is just layman’s physics.

It is absolutely okay to say, “I don’t know.”

I’d argue this is true even in instances where you should know as it will save time, damages, and/or misinformation.

Amen! Can we please have more written posts on the internet again? It’s much easier to search and follow along.

There’s one you can use with Home Assistant that works pretty well for home automation commands.

I’ve just found that I don’t really like using voice control for things…
