Yeah, it's fun and can be quite exhausting, but I enjoy it! I have a few ideas for my next idea of builds as well. You're welcome. ;)

Thank ya! Uhh, I can try to find some better pictures or take some close ups of it for ya. It's just something I threw together 4 years ago.

Yeah, it would have been a little less, but one of my smaller builds crumbled in my hands as I was working on it, so mix that with 2.5 of sleep, and driving 4 hours was a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately I don't think I will be doing anymore Brickworld shows this year. Yeah, I was telling the attendees you can make anything, it is a whole other creature when you have to transport it. Yeah, would you like to see a teardown video of this build?

Thank ya and yeah, those kids were amazed and scared of my builds at the same time. We'll see what the next builds I create are... I am starting to accrue a hefty backlog though of games I need to play though.

Understandable. I have my builds configured with modularity. Each section has its own box and corresponding elements. Setup took 7 hours and teardown one hour. I am starting to get a science down for setup/teardown.

Yeah, those colors really speak to me and that display is called, 'Blacktron's Last Stand, The Invasion of Arachnis' People were blown away or scared when they realized there were spiders on the layout.. then their demeanor was either astonished, or terrified.

As always, it was a great turn out, and a terrific experience! A few highlights that I can currently recall. A child saw my battle scene and said, “I love this!” The mother replied with a perplexed tone, “you do?” The child responded with an astounding “yes!"🤣
I feel I may have scarred a few attendees, both parents and kids. I signed a few autographs and caught up with my regulars I see at Indy. Another thing I can recall on Saturday was a mother and her 2 kids stared at my display and their eyes glazed over with bewliderment. After 10 minutes or so of utter disbelief they walked away and about 20 minutes later they came back. The mother exclaimed, “Every other display we kept going to the boys kept saying I want to go back to the squ1ddos display, over and over.” I felt quite special after hearing that, so I gave them 2 tokens I created for the displays I liked. Their eyes lit up sooo wide and she greatly appreciated the gesture. As I can recall more I will comment.

Heh, indeed. Thank ya!

I'm glad that you enjoy my madness! :D You're quite welcome.

I greatly appreciate it and yeah, that was only an hour drive. I have a 4 hour drive next weekend for Brickworld Indy...

Indeed they are! :D

I met a lot of fellow displayers and they were amazed of what I brought to display. Most of the people that checked out my builds were confused, blown away and a few said they're true art. For those attendees that read the lengthy stories, they really enjoyed how they elevated the builds. A few even said I should write an actual story about the Veinhart... The reactions from most of the kids were astonishment, scared, or mesmerized by my creations. I even had a few adults and kids keep coming back to just stare in bewilderment at my madness. It was a great weekend and even met a fellow imgurian. He said it was an honor to meet me and that my builds were surreal. I shook his hand and gave him a sticker. He was tickled pink from our brief interaction.

Our MichLUG collab with the cyber cubes was a big hit as well. I am glad we're enticing more people to create these fun cubes. I felt that adding my 4559 train helped the layout come to life a bit more. All in all, it was a great time for everyone!

This build, along with this one will be at BrickBash Ann Arbor, this weekend! Both items are already packed and all I have left are the final touches on my cyberpunk city.

I know y’all are probably tired of seeing this build come up on your feeds, but I just wanted to show it off one last time. Currently the build is dismantled and I am prepping it for transport to Brickbash Ann Arbor and Brickworld Indy. I received a lot of gripe and disdain towards me posting this revamped version. Mainly due to the fact it was just posted a month prior, saying that it was complete. A lot of the other comments were about how you can’t tell what it is or its “just a mess of parts.” I just have to remember my monolithic builds require at least a video minimum. In person would be the best way to hopefully understand and appreciate them. However, I guess there were enough upvotes for Beyond The Brick to pick up the post and share it, so that’s something? This will be the last time I post this build until I decide what I will do with it later on. This build is my masterpiece and brings me a lot of joy. I also need to revamp the story behind the build as well.

I definitely feel that my masterpiece was in need of a proper revamp. albeit not everything was changed, the presence is much better. Sure the original build was more subtle, that's not me... I wanted something that properly portrays the essence of this build. I want the build to feel alive and that it actually is trying to consume everything. I also need to rework the story that I wrote, to fit the concept.

Some of my creations are on display at the Dearborn Heights library for a month. They seem pretty excited and amazed by my work. Let’s see what everyone thinks of it.
