I switch to my gold old chunky analog watch for formal occasions when I have to wear a full suit like weddings etc. If it’s smart-cas then I go with the Apple Watch but with either the leather or metal links strap.

So took it to the Apple Store, and as the guy from the Genius Bar was talking to me, he was just fiddling with the watch in his hands and it somehow turned on.

Unfortunately the Apple logo just keeps flashing on screen so he sent it off to the depot as it seems like the software/firmware is corrupted

So this morning, I took my Apple Watch off charge, and while putting it on my wrist, it slipped and took around a half metre drop and landed face down on my iPhone.

I picked it up and there’s no damage to the Watch at all, but for some reason it hasn’t turned on since.

Any ideas what’s going on?

TIA

I’m a developer so was kinda forced in to getting one if I wanted to develop for Apple products
