Forking a repo is not the same as developing it. Any idiot can rehost the existing source code, but all the developers with knowledge of the code base and project just got axed by Nintendo.

You should get on that yesterday as petitioning citizenship through ancestry can take up to several years in most European countries.

I miss regular old web forums, mailing lists and that sort of thing. Discord / Slack / etc have zero discoverability. The ability to google your question is gone, and knowledge is ephemeral, when a chat is the central source of community.

This is exactly why state pensions are the norm in Europe, and I think many other places around the world.

Here in Portugal, your taxes accumulate pension credit similar to social security in the US, but when you retire you receive around 80% of your highest salary over your career, instead of a few hundred dollars or whatever from American social security.

Only $5000? Dude got lucky. Fuck American healthcare.

It’s a pretty dull turn based battler. Think the battle mechanics of something like final fantasy, pick an enemy and an attack your character knows.

Hopefully somebody can give you a better answer, but being a native speaker, I’ve never really thought about it. I can’t say anything comes to me as obviously explaining the genders of different words.

I think this is a good thing regardless of how you feel about the Gaza conflict. We should never be in the business of sending people back to an active war zone or famine, whether it’s Gaza, Ukraine, Syria, or anywhere else.

I’m really enjoying mine so far for a few specific use cases, like watching movies while lying down in bed, and as a giant, private display to surf the web and such while on trains and flights. I think it shows a lot of promise but I can’t blame anyone for not finding $4,000 of value in it today. I bet the third or fourth generation is going to kick ass, though.
