Scanning through the article I sincerely do not know what they mean by "expressions".

My first assumption was maybe trying to use less Japanese culture specific human expressions of emotion, but I don't know, the article is super vague.

Are people here assuming this actually means less high school aged fan service bs?

I actually think both Twitter posts could serve to reduce suicidal ideation depending on the individual.

Anthropomorphizing little bugs and deciding not to kill them is valid (I do this) but deciding that those who do not are fascist is, imo, an unexamined, myopic and frankly cushy lib perspective

Edit: however if you torture bugs you are probably a pyschopath
