Any home built by DR Horton or DSLD (American contractors) are like this.

The homes look fine, but nothing is "bubble level". I had my attic ladder fall out of the ceiling due to some overweight things (and people) using it a lot to save things from some flood waters. We re-installed a new ladder, and made it "bubble level" which makes it now off from the ceiling itself. Now I'm working on filling the gaps between the ceiling and ladder frame in certain areas.

If you're hanging some pictures, eye level is fine. If you're doing anything else, please use a bubble.

It's a rivet, and it can be drilled out, but replacing it with an equivalent joint is going to be difficult. if you don't use the same material. You may be able to go to a local hardware store and find similar, but in lower quantity and maybe something not as specified for leathercraft/book binding. If you do go that route, put some loctite in the thread so you don't unscrew yourself accidentally and lose one or more.

Very dumb considering a good chunk of their AI tools that "help" with coding is built on things that are in Github. So, having a lot of people, and up-and-coming coders, move to something else is bad for business. AI inbreeding is going to become an issue sooner.
