This is basically my uni dorm rn. It's great until people leave their mess everywhere in the shared kitchen. Hence the tiny private kitchen, but we don't have those ;-;

Probably call an animal control centre, you might be able to take care of it, but not sure if it's being partially paralyzed will require extra medications or whatnot. Likely the best thing for it would be to have it euthanized so it doesn't suffer.

I wish this were the case everywhere. I can't overstate how much I hate suburbs pretty much because one is forced to drive anywhere because the only thing within walking distance is maybe a convenience store. Otherwise you're driving.
