I'm gonna check it out - I'll keep you posted.
It's been probably 3 weeks since I found any: the last 2 were hiding on my own property, but they were 'false morels' (very nasty to consume.)

About 10 days in and easily found 50, so it's a good season.
Will start some serious foraging in the next few days as the weather moderates a bit and stays above zero....

The burning part was far too exciting to talk about.

To prism.
It's a light sentence, but it gives them time to reflect.

Went up a side trail in North Sauble - got about 2 cm of snowy slushy icy stuff a couple of nights ago.
An ATV has been through, but not much else.
This trail is never especially busy, even when the sledding is decent.

About 10 minutes in from Sauble Falls Road, heading east.

Approaching the main trail, the provincial park is about 1.2 km left (N)

Here you be.
Main trail N towards park.

Dog saddens here.

Back where we began.

Towards the river mouth from just north of the marina. There are about a dozen white swans hanging out in the mornings by the boat launch; I don't see them at the moment, but I'll, keep checking.
