It's also a way for employees to under-report their income on their taxes, which is a perverse incentive.

This sounds more like a capacitor than a battery. Also: that's a lot of current to dump into an energy storage device in a short period of time. There's no way you're going to be able to do that at home without major overhauls to the last mile of the electrical grid. (I also question whether dedicated charging stations will be able to do it either, without some sort of serious on-site energy storage/buffer to moderate the spikes in current draw to the broader electrical grid.)
I'm hopeful that the approach will be closer to how Minecraft works, now that they're under the same umbrella. But it seems more likely they'll just monetize things heavily and push creators to monetize. (e.g., mods over a certain size require a minimum payment amount to 'recoup bandwidth costs')
I am shocked, shocked at this outcome..
I'd suggest that the right way to handle this is, if the "Hide adult content" checkbox under settings is checked, it should prevent this from happening. (Currently it makes no difference, afaict.)
It's gonna take a bit for me to get used to the new font for Store/Library/Community/...
We use a custom one that's just 'ACK'
