I thought that SNW really tried to push the thought that the squire was a Q. Personally I would prefer if he wasn’t, I like the idea of a big universe with more then one type of near-omnipotent entities.
I love this one because it looks like Rikers got Bohemian Rhapsody blasting over the sound system and everyone’s just headbanging along.
For movies:
Little Amélie or the Character of Rain.
Watched as part of our trying to see all the best animated movies nominees.
Truely beautiful movie, touching and bittersweet. Not a chance in hell against K-Pop Demon Hunters but well worth your time.
For TV:
My partner and I are rewatching The West Wing and are currently slogging through the 5th season. Only sticking with it because I know once the next campaign starts in season 6 it really cooks again but man this Sorkinless season isn’t really very good.
Also honorary mention for Wonder Man which I watch last week but didn’t mention. What a great character piece Ben Kingsley and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II are top notch and it’s not like anything else in superhero or Hollywood stories. And I’m amazed at the social commentary in it.

I saw Garbage live at in the early aughts at Festival. As a band they blew me away, and as a woman she provoked the most intense scarousal I’ve ever felt in my life. Amazing photo.
