Well up until that court ruling it would certainly have been the Canadian PM. Political science nerds sometimes describe the Canadian system as a “benign dictatorship” when there is a majority government. Even our charter of rights and freedoms has a “whoops siiiiike” notwithstanding claus built into it.

The chapter on the Fergesun protests/riots was really fascinating. Big cities like Paris and London were designed specifically to make it easier for police to fuck up protestors, but nobody ever saw unrest coming to the suburbs.
I liked the book but I felt it was written backwards, I couldn’t figure out his angle until he got to the big picture stuff towards the end.
I dunno in the video it definitely looks like he's huffing that shit straight from the canister
my dude what are you on about ghost peppers are delicious. They taste like a combination of red thai chillis and passionfruit
Man I love BWW. I know the food is trash but in Canada we don't have nearly as many "wing" places. We do eat chicken wings yes but not like in dedicated establishments as much (I'm sure Toronto has a few but not where I live). Whenever I'm in USA I always make a point of making a pilgrimage to BWW and get their spiciest wings possible with extra hot sauce and a tall pint of beer mmmm
Umm ... why would they design a tank which cannot have infantry support? Doesn't that make them basically useless?
good cat. nice cat. very nice cat.
Israel collapses upon itself due to circumstances entirely of its own making (for example, not rescuing hostages from Gaza, drafting rabbis into the military, indefinitely delaying elections).
This is really just the next ~1 year but I can hope.
My favourite was that Canada Post / USPS would ship ounces of weed via the mail. Shit that's a good idea.
If I were President of the USA, the very first thing I would do is pardon Leonard Peltier, invite him to the White House, give him a fucking sledgehammer and let him go to town on the portrait of Andrew Jackson.
Then we'd celebrate over a few pints.
