A grand jury indicted five guardsmen on felony charges: Lawrence Shafer, 28, and James McGee, 28, both of Ravenna, Ohio; James Pierce, 30, of Amelia Island, Florida; William Perkins, 38, of Canton, Ohio; and Ralph Zoller, 27, of Mantua, Ohio. Additionally, Barry Morris, 30, of Kent, Ohio; Leon Smith, 27, of Beach City, Ohio; and Matthew McManus, 28, of West Salem, Ohio, were indicted on misdemeanor charges. The guardsmen claimed to have fired in self-defense, testimony that was generally accepted by the criminal justice system.

I solve that the following way:

On my private machine, I use arch with the newest features.

Work related I am using debian testing on the laptop. The packages are not the newest but I know everything is stable and upades are not in my way. (KDE 6 will arrive there late summer)

Das Problem ist, dass der Staat eine Vorbild/Leitungsfunktion hat. Gerade der WhatsApp Client ist bekannt dafür, Daten aus dem device illegal an Meta zu senden. Auch wenn dies strafrechtlich schwierig zu ahnden, bzw nicht gewollt ist, sollte dein Staat dich schon aus Eigeninteresse nicht dazu ermuntern einen Trojaner auf deinem device zu installieren.

Dass Staatskommunikation nicht auf privatwirtschaftlich kontrollierte Infrastruktur gehört ist dabei noch ein anderes Blatt.
