Der Großteil trinkt doch weiterhin die Plörre von Öttinger, Löwenbräu und co. Die leute die edle Ales nachfragen machen eher wenig aus. Zusätzlich haben die ja gerade an Hopfen hohe Qualitätsanforderungen. Da springt der Olle hubi der in der 5. Generation Hopfen anbaut, nicht so schnell auf.
Außerdem geht der Trent tatsächlich weg von kaltverhopften Starkbier zu alkoholfrei. Das spüren sogar Weinbauern. Es wird sehr viel mehr alkoholfreier Wein nachgefragt als noch vor Jahren.
