It's set to invite only so you'll need to invite people to the room individually.

Sending a link isn't an invitation. You need to invite them using, say, /invite.

When combined with Davx5 it will sync to a server. Integrates with calendars as you desire, I think (my workflow doesn't include the time blocking but the tasks show up on a calendar and you can specify their duration but I'm not certain about the time blocking).

That's why I buy secondhand Pixels. You can normally get near-new quality if someone orders one as a gift and it's the wrong colour, or they accidentally chose the wrong storage size, or something similar.

That way Google's not getting my money.
