In Wien (VIE) muss man seit einigen Monaten auch nichts mehr auspacken, aber ich weiß nicht, ob das damit was zu tun hat, ich denke nicht, dass die Menge an maximaler Flüssigkeit erhöht wurde (kann mich aber auch irren)?

Vivaldi is not free and open source software, so for that reason alone it's a good idea to stay away from it. There are so many FOSS browsers available nowadays.
The problem with pro-censorship activism is that pro-censorship activists will find out where something they want to censor is now hosted and then go after that with the same methods they used for the place it was previously hosted on.

In my country I've already seen groups of toddlers apparently doing a field trip from daycare wearing high-visibility jackets. In the middle of a suburb hours after sunrise, boarding a tram. Completely unnecessary IMHO, I don't think I ever did that when I was that age.
