I think "unfairly treated" depends on what it is you posted or said, and what your employer does. If an employer took action against someone for posting "Trump 2024!" or "Biden 2024" then that should be covered. If they posted kill all white people or kill all black people then I don't think this would be covered.
So no Democratic primary this year despite the majority of Democrats wanting Biden not to run. And they are demonizing third party candidates. Same shit different election cycle.
I think there is the real possibility Ukraine attacks Russia with NATO provided weapons and intel. And I think Putin is less adverse to using nuclear weapons if his back is against the wall then the old Soviet leadership.
