I think playing too much King's Quest at an early age completely warped my sense of what makes a game enjoyable. I actually love this stuff, especially if the scene where you game over from not having the sandwich is funny.

This is my #1 demotivator. It doesn't matter how many tasks I do, it will never be enough.
Unfortunately the DMG says that if a character somehow acquires the same feature more than once, only one counts.

All of these shows where you recruit people under false pretenses about what kind of show they're going to be on are extremely gross, and have been since the invention of reality TV.
OP already accounted for social situations where you would expect to meet people, though, and his parents seem to think that he should be approaching people in other situations—like in a store, or on the street. I'd be very cautious about that.

Picked it up yesterday and I'm working on beating the tutorial boss. Hardest one yet, I think—the power level difference is pretty rough!
I know they know that people like me kill the tutorial bosses, so I wouldn't mind if they'd throw me a bone and let me just reset the fight without making a new save file. The runback really cuts into the practice time.
