There is also evidence that an out of court settlement happened between those companies. Notably moving away from cerebrates in SC2.

It has been standardized, but like most standard there are competing ones.

No one will be punished for this.

Probably, and piss would be way better in those bags than gasoline.

There's no sub 20k used cars under 3 years old because there aren't new cars under 30k. That's how math works.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vegas wasn't a huge international destination except for the super rich. It's a really long way to go to gamble, and there's a good or better attractions in other US cities.

I wish there was one that didn't require nearly every phone permission all the time.

Lots of breaches are entirely preventable, but lots of companies don't like to pay for qualified employees that could prevent them.

That's going to happen if population continues to increase and housing supply doesn't keep pace. Between COVID shutdowns, following materials shortages, and now tariff fuckerey building has fallen way behind just barely keeping pace. We're also in the fallout from keeping interest rates too low for too long, lots of people have mortgages in the 2-3% range and can't sell unless something is forcing them to.

Booby traps are a felony, so I'd stick to the one that doesn't add manslaughter.

Yes, it's absurd intentionally to avoid discussions of the merits of the opinion. The goal was to focus on the method of establishing a strong opinion and changing based on new learning or evidence.

The existence of worse doesn't make bad any better.

Old time YouTube with old time memes

Pre YouTube, but still a great classic.

Something needs to be done after the garbage first round of playoffs.

  • No automatic bye for conference champions seems good.

This article stops short of saying the Big12 and ACC should only get one team in, but I'd support that until proven they aren't week conferences.

Strength of schedule needs to be a bigger factor, an 11-1 Indiana never deserved a spot. My ideal default would be 6 SEC, 3 Big10, and the other automatic qualifiers.

Now is a great time for if I were there hypotheticals, so here's mine.

Once it was decided to run Harris and push Biden out, they should have gone all the way and used the 25th amendment to let Harris become president. This would have effectively separated her from Biden while still allowing her to take credit for the good stuff. She could have instructed the DOJ to start investigating price gouging now, and campaigned on needing to win to keep it up.

The 100ish days wouldn't have been enough for wholesale replacement, but it could have created a concrete message of this is where I want to go. A campaign focused on already delivering is a positive message people could get behind as well.

With Tyrek Hill being detained less than 4 months after the arrest of Scottie Scheffler, have the police actually angered enough people with money and power that there could be actual consequences?

Not a huge surprise.

Play for free until Feb 12.

Harbaugh is looking at a 4 game suspension for lying to NCAA investigation. Ultimately meaningless because the first 4 games aren't against anyone competitive. This could be an excuse to not extend his contract that expires after this season.

What is everyone's predictions for the coming season? The hype is as an all time high for the Lions, is anyone buying it?

Vegas has the Lions at 9.5 wins, I think it's totally possible that they can hit the over. I'm buying the hype and think that this year it's the Lions division to lose. Superbowl is probably not happening, but 1-2 playoff wins could happen.
