That's an interesting concept but not one the RBA has any control over. You'd have to freeze old loans somehow too to prevent people redrawing and consolidating debt into old facilities? And get all the banks to adopt it? What about international debt? Don't think would be doable in practice

What is the experiment?
It's hard to vote for one candidate that represents all your values or interests. Typically every candidate will be against your own interests in some manner. Preferential voting systems mostly curb this issue by allowing you to select many candidates in order of preference.
Right, it's not hard to imagine it being divisive and controversial with some people being able to choose and switch between which laws they're governed by
Are you sure fluoride doesn't? It does accumulate in the soil, building up in crops. Considering fluoride exposure from all sources, many people are above upper safe limits, even from tea drinking alone
I don't think fluoride should be added to water as it just pollutes the environment, where 99.99% of water isn't coming in contact with teeth
