Folks are very much underestimating how much this formula change will make the product useless. VOCs are the active ingredient in WD-40. They are what makes it work. Penetrating oil is a VOC because solvents are what allow it to penetrate. It's why WD40 has such a distinctive smell. Their alternative formulation will be garbage.

In the end people will be making their own with starter fluid and acetone which will likely be exempt from the ban despite being VOCs.

Edit: Folks seem to think it's the propellant that's what's being regulated. It's not. It's the volitile organic compounds that allows it to penetrate. Seems they're mostly reducing them instead of banning them, which we've already done in many states.

There's no point in apologizing. They won't gain anything by being reminded that you rejected them and they likely wouldn't feel better knowing why. If they say something, then apologize vaguely. If they press provide details. Otherwise ignore.

He complained the judge wouldn't rule on his motion to dismiss. The next week the judge denied his motion to dismiss. The sanctions request was filled yesterday, so they haven't responded yet, but we do know that whatever they send will be taking advantage of the "excess pages" rule that their lawyer was too stupid to abide by when they first submitted their motion to dismiss and got it stricken twice. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/63296393/coomer-v-lindell/

Atlas mountains where it happened are partially the product of the African plate ramming into the Eurasian plate. Previously they were built up after ramming into the eastern US and creating the Appalachian mountains.

Company should be straight bankrupt already with its posted financials.

Riot, which is publicly traded, in 2022 reported a loss of more than $500 million on revenue of $259.2 million. In its most recent quarter, it had a loss of roughly $27 million on revenue of $76.7 million.

The courts would not know what to do with this. You need to either have verified paternity or be acting in a fatherly role to be on the hook for child support. You can't fulfill either conditions on conception.

Edit:

If paternity is contested, the biological father shall not be obligated to pay such expenses until paternity is established.

Essentially it requires amniotic fluid sampling to establish paternity, which presents a danger to the fetus and makes this bill toothless. Also theoretically allows awarding retroactively after paternity is established. I'm not totally against it frankly, prenatal care is vital and expensive. I'd rather the state just pay for it though and the wording obviously needs to be thrown out.

Nursing Assistant, though some of us nurses thank them. Man the pay sucks though.
