Precautions were actually very effective for healthcare workers in COVID-19, believe it or not. I wore an n-95 as a COVID nurse with very sick patients and was coughed all over and never caught COVID until I went to a county fair without a mask while vaccinated. Most of my fellow nurses caught it from community spread and not hospital spread as well. This is closer to Ebola.

Jesus Christ, those dams collapsed and just washed the whole city away. Everything just became a giant river delta.

To get a better idea of how this works, an OR with Trainees in it is like a packed subway car. I hated it when I was a student nurse. Seems that there's some predators in the crowd.

You might want to watch out your front window Larry, you'll see what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass.

This sounds kind of screwy to me. They're not alleging that the company is wasting money to pursue a political agenda but wasting money to avoid disappointing their audience. That seems like a business decision that could be justified (even if it's monumentally stupid).

I actually doubt that. Phenylephrine does have systemic effects that might be beneficial for migraines. That's not what it was decided to not be effective in with the FDA and not what folks generally use it for. Pseudoephedrine isn't really that effective for migraines itself.

Have you tried a migraine formulation for that? It sounds like you're actually benefiting from the systemic effects (vasoconstriction) instead of the reduced mucous production. A formulation would include caffeine that also has vasoconstriction in case this is removed from the market.

No shit. The fun part is it DOES have side effects. So it doesn't do what it's proclaimed to do, but is a drug. It should be pulled off the shelves.

You can't just ask a court to terminate a settlement for being onorous when you decide you want to break the terms of the fucking settlement. That's not how it works. Prepare to eat shit on this one, Elon.
