It really depends on what you're talking about. If it's dedicated counter staff no. If it's waitstaff that is on waitstaff wages(as in a waitress went to get your food), maybe. The former should actually be having a competitive wage to employ them. The later were hired on with the expectation that they work for tips. Counter staff getting tips that they don't even share with back of the house is kind of dumb.

That's because his comments are nonsensical for a lawyer in this case unless he meant that the supreme Court is giving him a full press pass to discriminate against black folk. That's literally the only way to interpret what he said.

If loaded with shots for wingshooting(hence the retriever dog engraving), it's just the wadding that has to conform to the barrel. It likely was never considered that you'd use bullets or a musket ball in this, but shots.

Behind the green board, behind the OSB, there is a very thick top plate that those beams are sitting on and based on what the OP said to me, that is then framed down to a sill plate also behind the OSB. Nothing on the outside of the OSB is structural and he's actually screwing those 6x6 cm boards into what's behind the OSB. They're using the OSB as a vapor barrier instead of faced insulation like we do and also protecting the studs with that vapor barrier from the interior of the house.
Edit: Truth is, what's funny about OP's wall and the response it's getting is that it's better constructed than most American buildings you could find. We don't tend to put as big a gap between the vapor barrier and the interior heated space and we don't tend to include the studs as protected by that vapor barrier. When we do we use plastic sheeting, not OSB, because that's too expensive. I'd imagine the R value on his insulation is also much higher than ours.
They need to argue that to get them to suspend it pending appeal. They can't argue for a suspension otherwise. That will get denied, but they've gotta try.
