4chan was a cesspit even in 2005. Something awful and FYAD were better examples of quality Internet troll culture at the time (which makes sense because 4 Chan were banned goons).

The chances of him getting a hung jury is actually incredibly high. I doubt they'll weed out all his supporters in jury selection. I honestly don't think they can convict him.

It is not. Theft requires intent to permanently deprive. It is, however, joyriding and most states have a statute against that.

Oh the NY post. The biographer believes that Obama is lazy because he said "I’m fundamentally lazy and it’s because I’m from Hawaii." Straight faced. What a fucking guy this is.

Edit: Also this is a six year old book, jesus CHRIST.

Reznor did a great job with the soundtrack for quake 1.

One thing the Tankies have right is that foreign capital grifting and local leaders keeping in power off of that is what caused this. There's no actual ideology behind these military governments but wanting to be the new grifters though.

Okay, that's a booby trap, not just a barrier. Common law should allow the migrants surviving family to sue the state of Texas for wrongful death. Those things were designed to kill anyone that encountered them, and that's not lawful.

Edit: Frankly, this isn't just civilly unlawful, this is criminal murder. I just don't think Texas would prosecute it and I don't really know that the feds could claim jurisdiction.

This is a federal case so all the filings and judicial decisions are up on pacer of anyone feels like looking.

Defense will be the ones dragging their feet, not prosecution or the judge. Lots of witnesses they need to interview that prosecution already did. I wouldn't expect a quick resolution.
