What's cute is this "display of weakness" will eat at him until he calls a fox news morning show and emails them the "report." Everyone knew he'd back down, but he also has no impulse control and will do it anyway

That's explicitly not what the law is about, nor what they're arguing to the judge. There's a reason why selling to Chinese nationals has a larger penalty and it's not to protect the housing market. The injunction should've been granted just because it creates real measurable harm due to racism, independent to the fact that it is a law that is blatantly out of Florida's scope.

They could still charge the leadership, fine them, and cause life to be a bit more difficult. Even if I don't live in a country, I wouldn't want that hanging over my head.

I don't think our instance bugs should impact them. Other than a flood of kbin user comments. We'd need to get a fix timeline from Ernest.

No it totally happens in other things we just don't notice. I saw a meme replaced by a soccer player today.

It doesn't matter. Ownership hasn't changed.. CEOs are still beholden with the board and he has a controlling share. Nobody is dumb enough to pay actual money for a debt laden company that trades on the old owners name.

Kbin only problem. Usually we get something dumb from improperly cached images, but sometimes we get naked ladies and that gets a lot of attention from our instance.

Dentological ethics: you have a duty to not murder people, so you don't pull the lever

Utilitarian ethics: pulling the lever will kill less people

Only for Kbin users.

The joke he's making would only make sense to kbin users who have an improperly cached thumbnail.

Now thumbnails like this are why I joined kbin. Everybody else is missing out.
