It's not a hand to hand drug transaction or a traffic violation. A vigorous defense for a criminal conspiracy needs time. It certainly doesn't need two years, but we're also not at the point of suspending the rule of law and putting folks against the wall.

If she's replaced by the governor, yeah they could drop the case. I just doubt they'd be able to replace her without a court case all on it's own. For one it sounds like an unconstitutional bill of attainder.
But the judge also said that she would reject a proposal by federal prosecutors to bring the case to trial in less than five months.
There's nothing unreasonable about that. There's too many witnesses to interview and too much evidence to review otherwise. Last thing anybody wants is to railroad the trial.
Last thing you want is more schismatics claiming apostolic succession. Priests leaving is not a big deal, but bishops are.
Not without very good reason. The church is still attempting to maintain good relationships with the eastern rite latin churches and keep their traditions intact. It's a balancing act between reform and maintaining the "universal" meaning implied in "Catholic."
This is a big faux pas in the church btw, because metro bishops are supposed to have a largely free hand to run their church as long as they follow doctrine.

Part of having paranoid delusions is being unable to accept that those delusions aren't real. Nobody here going to go to great lengths to argue with you about them. I'd go to the hospital, explain your situation and accept the help they will give you. You already know you can't sleep and are going to slowly spiral due to that. You know you're feeling like you're losing control. The specifics of why aren't really important, because you also know it would be delusional to think that every healthcare professional is in a conspiracy against you as well. So I'd go get help.
