RJ does not have the burst. He does a lot of things well but nothing great. He’s a good blocker. But did get Justin smashed on one blitz. We need a game changer to go with RJs tough running.

Justin makes 1 or two really good throws a game but that’s not good enough. MHJ looks like a beast but it doesn’t matter until we fix our quarterback situation. We have to start over. Clean slate, new Gm, new coach, new QB. There’s no magic trick. This team is not good.

Poles lucked into the #1 pick last season. Made a good trade. That’s it. He’s missed on free agency, missed on the draft. How do you not draft Carter at 9? Had he signed offensive linemen in free agency he wouldn’t had to draft Wright. Who if we are being honest had one good season in college and has been just ok at the NFL level.
They can’t pass on a quarterback after missing on Stroud.
You don’t draft a QB with a uncertain future at head coach. You pair the new coach with the young QB but we do everything ass backwards. So 99% chance he’s back then gets fired after year 3.
He’s just not good enough. Maybe it’s the offensive coordinator, maybe the coach. But he definitely has not been good enough. We need to start over from Poles down. Hope Justin plays well enough to have trade value and draft a quarterback.
God please be true! Poles shit the bed in free agency and this coaching staff. So far his picks outside of Wright have been underwhelming.
He’s a bad head coach but I think the bigger problem is our general manager thinks he’s a good coach.
The whole coaching staff needs to go.
He’s always going to have flashes but will never be consistent.

He hired Flus, paid a average middle linebacker big bucks, did not address the offensive line enough over two years. A total neglect of the Center position. The Jones pick and the Claypool trade were so awful we can’t just over look them. He missed on his evaluation of CJ Stroud. That’s his job to see what we don’t see. He can totally redeem himself by acknowledging his mistake in the head coach and firing the whole staff. Drafting the next QB that will lead us to the Super Bowl. Finding a damn Center!! Pairing DJ with a good number 2 Receiver. Those are some things he can do.
