Im going to a skateboard contest in germany. We are driving from uk tomorrow. Ive been practising my run for about 2 weeks, and skateboarding is difficult to fit into my schedule nowadays. But ive made time for it, at the expense of routine and a little self care. My autism is showing a lot more as a result. I dont regret it, but its a solid reminder of how much of a difference lifestyle choices have been making for me the last few years.

Yes in my experience, more people with self diagnoses seem to use it as an excuse for behaviour they dont seem willing to work on. I suspect the people I have in mind may even be a little more bibolar than autistic, and unpopular opinion: but those are also the people who are vehement that cannabis helps them cope even though a lot of those behaviours are common with cannabis dependecy.

I dont like memes on this kind of community, so I just block the heavy memers (sorry heavy memers, no offense meant)
