Yeah 100%, I can probably get over to maintain these in March, so as long as it's good for a few months I'll be fine though.

Found that Silverstone SFX ones come with ATX adapters and weigh 1kg.
It's going in a Silverstone rack case.

 

Have a need to ship some PC-spec servers over international freight, balance of cost and performance. Have found some short-depth rack mount cases 2U which should in theory be cost effective because of standardised CPU coolers and ATX PSUs instead of 1U/2U stuff, however there is big variance in weight of these things.

Has anyone done any collation or have any gut feel? Seems like some of the Seasonics get down to about 1.5kg.

I'd probably go used enterprise, but the problem is that copper SFP+ are generally pretty expensive. You'd probably have to go all 10GE Base-T with a couple of SFP ports.
Is POE in your requirements also?
