Dont see how they could. The servers are real apple devices. Apple has no way to know if this is a mac from a real user or somebody proposing a message bridging service to non apple users. Dont see why they'd care either as they make money from the purchased server infrastructure.

This is dumb. For two reasons:

  1. the fact that a messenging service locks users into an ecosystem.
  2. the fact that to use this an apple device is still used in the background. This means you log in with your apple id on a device that does not belong to you and that can possibly read all of your messages.

That tells me all I need to know about the cod fanbase

Just happens at any time of day for me

Why should I use this over email aliasing services like addy.io or simplelogin?

Anna's archive has a lot of scientific papers.

On android I prefer cromite. Dont know how it compares with ungoogled chromium on windows though. Firefox is the superior choice on desktop

  1. Never saw a use for something like this

  2. Other manufacturers had it for years

Android is not really at risk when using an up to date os and not giving the app sensitive permissions. Android apps are sandboxed and canot do much without permissions. If you want to be sure, use virustotal as other recommended in the thread. Also maybe avoid sketchy sources

This annoyed me so much in watch dogs

I recommend urlcheck from fdroid. Shows you the url and plenty of other features like removing tracking parameters
