You're exactly right on the vibes point. Gould is practically tied at the hip to Trudeau, and would easily give the Conservatives a majority. Honestly I think they'll win a majority regardless, but Carney might be able to at least keep an official party status.

Cybertrucks yes, other models I think there's a reasonable debate to be had. I'm sure there are plenty of pre-2021 model 3s bought by people who just wanted a (relatively) cheap EV sedan and barely knew who Musk was

This specific tower was not short on staff, and again, ATC doesn't just start issuing faulty clearances when they're short staffed.

This was the heli pilot's error, plain and simple. Tower was following protocol and did not grant clearance because they were short on staff or something ridiculous like that.
Efficiency =/= load capacity
