Same feelings. I will even downgrade from a RTX 3070ti to a 6700xt because I am tired of Nvidia.

I just prefer the looks of OnlyOffice, but I have heard people having localization problems with it. For my tiny use cases it has worked good so far.

I ran dual boot for years with zero issues. Just partition the drive or use two different ones.
