Since you don't understand what an implication is

I understand what an implication is.

I don't understand how you don't get it

I do get what you're trying to say.

Can I suggest expressing what you're trying to communicate explicitly, using prose.

"It's unlikely Trump would try to please Putin"

Those words aren't present in the article.

intentionally attacking civilian targets

Uhh.. there's nothing in the article to suggest they intentionally attacked civilian targets, at least from my reading.

the country is gripped by a historic drought

The same country that continuously destroys millions of square kilometers of rainforest? What a shock that there are ecological consequences.

I believe that this was already the case. Many moons ago I read a synopsis of a Star Trek show pitch that was slated for development which was set in the future and where warp travel was limited due to the use of an omega bomb. When I watched Discovery, I thought it was just a reworking of that original omega-based idea.

Edit: found it! https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Trek:_Final_Frontier

allow residents to buy their houses

Some people, especially young people, don't want to own a house, they want to rent.

Edit: fascinated by downvotes. Do downvoters disbelieve that young people don't want to own a house? Do they just not like the reality of that fact and are shooting the messenger? Are they lashing out against ideas they think shouldn't be true? One can only guess.

How on Earth did the woman "uncover" a mass grave? No details at all in the article. Typical BBC crap.

UAV's have been critical in fighting as the underdog against a much larger force.

There's no way for us here to know whether that's because of or in spite of this man.
