Why would they shut off your power? You'd be paying for the extra power being delivered to you, right? Why would they care what you did with it?

And regardless, that's a far cry from it being illegal.

No-one reputable is going to report on this, but you did some weird searches if you only found Murdoch sources for it. The primary sources on this are, in chronological order:

  1. The Daily Fail, which is owned by Harmsworth and Rothermere, not Murdoch.
  2. The IDF releasing the videos directly (abundant re-sharing meant I failed to find where the IDF originally posted them).

No-one cares if you consent to being drawn. The problem here isn't the consent of the depicted person, it's that the viewer is being misled. That's why the moral quandary goes away entirely if the AI porn is clearly labeled as such.
