Chainmail. Serves as a faraday cage. Also defends against physical attacks.

As someone with a lot of experienced interacting with the alt-right IRL (at work ๐Ÿ˜ž) I gotta say, this is very accurate. Their methodology has become transparent to me, but I can't get others to see it as it happens. When I argue with them in front of a centrist, I am painted as unreasonable for taking them seriously (1), for always defending my points while they speak lies with confidence (2), for believing the crazy shit the other guy says I believe (3), and for being just as bad as them (4).

It's absolutely infuriating that these tactics work so well.

I don't care what that guy says, I want to see her work. Where's the seminar? Where's the information about our rights? This is distraction.

(Apologies for the link to a proprietary walled-garden social network. It was too much work to transfer just the information)

Estimated impact risk corridor for the 2032 approach

How do they know? What an accurate prediction of such an unlikely event! So if it hits, they say it will be on the non-oceanic side of the planet, and near the equator.

Astronomers estimated that the asteroid is the size of a football field and noted that an asteroid of that size could equal the force of a nuclear bomb if it struck Earth.

Great unit of measurement, the football field. They are calling it a "city-killer". Nothing to worry about, just hiroshima levels of death and destruction. It will likely (70%) hit ocean if it hits us at all, but I think none of us like those odds.

The problem is, where do we start? We've been, er, "taking the L" for so long, when are we going to start giving the L?

What's the penalty for being unskilled at washing the cars? Straight to jail?
