I don't think he was comfortable doing this ad. He took much longer to get onto it than with his usual presentations of new scientific findings

Though I think his book is useful. I trust his judgement, and the hardest part of keto is finding stuff to eat that has enough fat - ideally you want to avoid fat bombs. Were I to do 20g keto now (I now do zero carb) I would try to get my fat from fatty meat or tallow

What does gooning mean in this context? To me it's engaging in the consumption of goon (cheap cask wine (aka box wine)) possibly participating in a game of goon of fortune

Great tax avoidance. Pay 100% of that money to some charity to avoid paying 20% to government

The other cars are mild steel shells on alloy subframes. They mild steel is easy to press into shape

Cybertruck is stainless steel, it is much harder than mild steel and doesn't bend easily, so they made it out of flat panels

As a person like that, I'll apologise on their behalf. We mostly find carnivore through illness and it fixes it, we want everyone around us to feel as good as we do. It's hard to keep quiet.

But no one thinks the same about statins, for example

It's not medication, it's medication that addresses mental illness

Didn't Herman Cain awardees die of their poor choices?
