The opening game scripts for the offense under Getsy have actually been fairly decent, but just like with the defense, it seems once we get to halftime, we get completely outcoached.
His play calls and lack of situational football knowledge are devastating. Even go back to week 1. We held our own for the first half, then the Packers adjusted, and then Getsy just filled his pants and didn’t know how to adjust to the adjustment.
I’m so flipping tired of listening to this man take 0 accountability for anything going on with his team.
O line played pretty decent (aside from Center). I don’t put too much blame on Wright. He’s a rookie that held his own for most of the game and Hutch is just one of the best EDGEs in the league and made a play.
We are getting to a reality where we are going to have to choose between a QB and MHJ with our first pick.

For much of the season, there has been a safety net that if Fields ends the year stinking it up, we would have (at minimum) 1 franchise QB to draft this offseason.
I’m nearing a place where Maye may end up being the de facto #1 QB and I couldn’t be less excited as he is far from perfect. And by the time we get to the combine, Daniels may have played his way into the #2 QB spot.
It would just be so much easier if Fields can just rip it and then we can focus on MHJ/Fashanu/EDGE
