Agreed. I've had to accept that the Reddit I used to use and still somewhat miss is gone.

Dariusburst Chronicle Saviors is one of my favorites. It's a horizontally scrolling shmup with massive bosses and multiple routes. It has ultrawide support too.
The DLC is single-player only, so if you just want co-op, just get the base game
