Meta captures everything from the information you give it when you sign up for accounts, to what you click on or like, who you befriend online and what kind of phone, computer or tablet you use to access its products

I mean, yeah? None of that is unique to threads nor meta and half of that is information required to run the service

Etsy sellers have shown evidence to Sky News that whilst in a "reserve", 75% of the amount they receive from orders is unavailable to them for 45 days **or until they have provided tracking proof. **

Seems like a pretty simple solution or am I misunderstanding this? Just ship your products with tracking?

Even if you run your own instance, if you're federated with other instances then your posts, comments and upvotes could still be scraped by someone else
