Okay, but how does it work when a company owns a house? If a property developer builds a load of houses, wouldn't they be incentivised to sell the house for more to recoup the penalty to them?
I don't think landlords as a concept are a completely bad idea
Yeah I was really confused by that. One example of a single HA contributor doing something a bit selfish. Am I missing something?
This is a good idea but I have no idea how they would implement that in law
I bought an incredibly overkill tape system a few years ago and then the power supply exploded in it and I never bothered to replace it. Still, definitely worth it
You could argue that about any law. The majority of people aren't going to start smoking if its not easily available to them
I think people are idiots and need to be protected from themselves in some circumstances.
$14 a month is an incredibly large amount, maybe if it also allowed you to disable reels and go to a chronological feed it would be nice for some but still. Says a lot about the value per customer I guess.
You can tell they're panicking because they're actually doing something that benefits people. I hope they ban disposable vapes too
That's definitely okay, and there's communities for that. I don't think this is one of them, though
3d printer. I'll even buy it for myself and wrap it up
There is a good reason to not buy a home that you live in though
