That's what happened when I snapped my ulna and radius. Didn't know anything was wrong until I couldn't rotate my arm.

I looked down, saw it, then it started hurting.

There are a lot of good ones on that list. Eating out frequently, for example, is super expensive compared to cooking at home. Lottery tickets are also a waste of money.

Hell, some of them like impulse shopping directly contribute to capitalism.

My wife and I are stuck in a perpetual battle. Nothing ever sounds good to her, and everything sounds good to me.

You can tinker with your settings too. There's a piece of software called sleepyhead that will display all of the stats from your unit's SD card, and you can get your settings dialed in using it.

I had to because my pressure would go up so high that it would cause my mask to leak and I had to wake up and restart the unit to get it to a normal pressure.

Just do it. Your sleep apnea is literally killing you. They only need to capture one sleep cycle to diagnose.

They only need to capture one sleep cycle anyways.

A sleep study is a diagnostic tool, not a research one. You have them when your doctor suspects sleep apnea and such.
