If I pick the same country every time I play Civ, can I test out of this course?

Be sure, the cancer pulled itself up by its bootstraps and got where it is on merit alone.

Just recast a Bond movie from Pineapple Express.

James Franco would be worse than Seth Rogen as Bond, because he'd take any sexually aggressive scenes too seriously.

So Seth Rogen gets to be M, Danny McBride is Q, and Amber Heard is the Bond girl.

Kind of fits, in a shitting the bed kind of way.

I once overheard a guy loudly explaining the "sexual market" to his mom in a grocery store. He probably still has no idea why nobody finds him attractive.

Well, kids these days only care about TikCrafts and their MineToks, so it's our fault she has to stay in power. If we cared more about governance by the people, for the people, instead of streaming Fartnight, she could learn what skibidi toilet Ohio means from her great-grandkids and know why Democrats lose there.

Vin Diesel as M.

Yeah, Jesus didn't teach these kind of things. Don't feed a man a fish, teach a man to fish.

Definitely don't magic fish and bread out of thin air to feed thousands of people for free. That's socialism.

The web has almost always been unusable without an adblocker. Ads today are less malicious, but more insidious. Clicking the wrong ad in 2003 would brick your computer. Clicking the wrong ad today means you'll have to cancel a credit card after your personal data is compiled and sold on the black market.

Nothing new. Ads don't fuel a free internet. They fuel a business model. The free internet is fueled by the time and donations of kind, dedicated people.

Democrats didn't release it because it doesn't just hurt Republicans, it hurts Democrats and the rich.

Republicans won't release it because it doesn't just hurt Democrats, it hurts Republicans and the rich.

The Catholic Church keeps its own list; no need to meddle.

What we're seeing here with Epstien is all the cross party collaboration we desperately crave, but instead of fixing something useful, like the opiod crisis, or homelessness, it's to let abusers go unpunished.

They literally just had 4 years to release them. It's not like the idea of this list is brand new.

Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested during the first Trump administration. No list release. She was tried and sentenced during the Biden administration. No list release. Now we're back to Trump.

Not slow, correct.

Nobody is going to release a real list because it will exclusively hurt the rich and powerful.

Trump Part 1 didn't, Biden didn't, Trump won't do it now.

There definitely is a list. Probably not a spreadsheet or a black book, but you have to make schedules and appointments work. Double booking diddlers is bad business. There are records.

What has been established by the media is that there is a list (whether true or not) and being on that list is damning. Unfortunately we're at a point where if a list is released, anyone with a brain would have to doubt it as being nothing more than a political tool, and anyone without a brain will immediately try to crucify anyone on it.

All the back and forth and hemming and hawing buys time to figure out who to put on the list. Get all the Democrat names you like, but finding enough Republicans to put on the list, but not anyone who'll rat (preferably dead) is the tricky part. Gotta make it halfway believable.

It's sad that instead of bringing the worst people in our society to justice, this will either be swept under the rug or set fire to the Reichstag.

Hey now, there could have been some temptingly pleather couches on Epstein Island.
