You mean "Warner Bros. Games is working on another tax write off."

I wanna believe that's a normal cat looking out through a hole or something with a doll positioned under it cause look at those legs.

Generally temp-whitelisting the base domain lets you move around the website while blocking all this garbage. Not always, unfortunately. I tend to nope out of websites that don't work after that unless I'm trying to shop for something, and then I just accept my fate if there's no alternative shop to turn to.

I saw something similar to this once. I think it was just a computer error. Couldn't start the car, all the lights came on. I pulled the key out, waited five minutes, car started with a check engine light.

Absolutely! I should find one at a different angle, you can't see the fur tufts on the tip of her ears very where in this one.

I never read the Gryphon books but I actually picked up Black Gryphon a few days ago. It's been a bit difficult to follow along with so many new names for things though.

I've come pretty far as a home cook but this is still something I struggle to master. Mostly cause I look at what I have leftover and I'm like "Well I could make this... if I had XYZ ingredients too, which I don't."

Lil sad I haven't seen Sarah Andersen put out any new comics in a while, but I think she's working on some kind of project or maybe got hired for something? Good for her if so!

Some insurances are so bad you might as well not have it. Like if the deductible--which has to be paid in full before the insurance will touch most anything--is really high. A lot of the times they're in the thousands, so yeah it's cheaper to fly.

I went back recently and reread Arrows of the Queen from the Heralds of Valdemar series. I remember being absolutely in love with this series when I was a young teen. After rereading it, I was surprised to find the world building still held up. It's a little silly to get sparkly eyed over magical justice horses but, hey, it's still a fun fantasy.

The writing in general doesn't hold up as well as I remember. Not that it's bad--but events moved at a much faster clip than I had remembered them doing. I could have sworn there was a lot more time and attention paid to certain events that wound up taking about a chapter or so to resolve. There was also a lot more references to historical events than I remembered--in such a way that stuck out to me as odd, since this was the first book in publication order if I'm not mistaken. But they were very "Oh yeah remember when Herald So and So did Thing?" and it definitely feels like a mid-series book in that regard.

And Talia, though sweet, did have a bit of a "Everyone loves her and she's too good, too pure for this sinful world" about her that got a little tiresome towards the end.

So--either what are some of your experiences rereading old YA classics. Or, alternatively, how did you feel about this series at whatever point in your reading lifetime?

A fun game, but I haven't found a lot of people interested in playing it with me. I'm glad you can do a solo run--I also find it's a unique way to drum up some character ideas! Anyone else play this?

Andy Capp's Cheddar Fries for me.

Can anyone recommend a non-Swiffer mop product for very light mopping? I live in an apartment and the only places I need it for are my galley kitchen and bathroom, which are linoleum. I've been using Swiffer Wet Jet up until now but they are getting increasinly crappy and this one broke after only a few months, so I'd like a different brand.
