Yeah, like going through Tor. Raddle, Reddit (ik, ik, perhaps not amazing examples), and a number of other similar style forums are accessible through onion sites, so why not us?
Tor has gotten significantly easier over the past few years, on the client side you just download the Tor browser, and it basically just works.
On the hosting side it's a little more complicated, but it basically just involves running the Tor daemon, and writing a 6 line config file.
And then there's eepsites, which are basically to i2p what onions are to Tor. You do have to change proxy settings in your browser to use i2p, but otherwise it's quite similar.
