It doesn't seem like a very private conversation if we're reading about it in headlines.

IIRC a big problem was that Andrew Johnson was softer on the former confederacy than Lincoln was. Unfortunately thanks to John Wilkes Booth, Johnson became president and he didn't follow through with Lincoln's plans or wishes for the former confederate states.

I don’t know what the point of separate partitions for OS and userspace is, but whatevs…

Some folks like to be able to reinstall the OS while preserving /home. That's the only reason I've seen for doing separate partitions. (I'm not someone who does that, but it's the explanation I've seen)

I'm 100% certain this is the first time I've ever encountered a Babylon 5 meme in the wild.

Seriously. The gall of these assholes is unbelievable.

How could they have obtained this?

This is just the 100th iteration of “this time they will really start to criticise Trump”.

Yep. I've stopped thinking any straw will break the camel's back of maga. They seem willing to accept literally any behavior from him. Every one of these articles about disillusioned trumpers never seems to have a basis in more than one or two anecdotal examples. These headlines exist only to provide copium (or maybe hopium) to the rest of us.

Is it really damning evidence when nothing whatsoever will be done about it? It's not as if he will see a single consequence.

Seriously. Zero consequences for Trump no matter what laws are broken. Ever.

Maybe a loose fit, but not that loose.

I'm hoping I just missed something.

When the vampires first show up there is this big deal about them needing to be invited in. We see it with the first vampire guy, and then they made a big deal about it with Cornbread.

Sometime later, when the vampires suddenly decide they are done fooling around and invade the juke joint to try killing everyone, why are they able to do it with no invitation? Did I somehow miss that someone accidentally invited them in?

I just watched it last night for the first time and this was the only thing that kind of bugged me about it.
