Sounds like a bug, check the issue tracker.
I don't think this would cause any problems. Lemmy definitely doesn't care if you change the software platform on an existing domain.
Reports are federated to the instance where the community is hosted. So community mods and admins of that instance can see them.
The server is overloaded now so its not working well. This will need some optimization.
Note you can also follow Peertube channels from Lemmy, and comment on the videos from here.
The mods here havent been active in years, so I transfered the community ownership to you.
It needs to receive incoming http/websocket requests.

Posts and comments are all text, so they take barely any space at all. Posts from remote instances are also stored in the local database. However images are a much bigger factor, and Docker also takes a lot of space for some reason.
I think the streams project already has this functionality on Activitypub.
I guess this also counts steppe lands in Mongolia where shepards pass through with their herds once a year. The numbers likely look different if you look at industrialized countries where animals live in stables.
